| Technical Sergeant Cecil B. Miller, my NCOIC of our group of 2 fuel system technicians. He made sure al the work got done, but still managed to swap, barter, trade, (dare I say steal?) from/with the Army. By April of 1967, we had a working ice machine in the Fuel systems tent. He could fix about anything. |
