| Staff Sergeant Bruce
Ainsworth Bruce Ainsworth, 90, of Big Spring, died Wednesday, November
27, at Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring. Graveside
service for Mr. Ainsworth was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Fluvanna
Cemetery. The service was under the direction of BellCypert-Seale Funeral
Home.
Born on Aug. 6, 1923 in Fluvanna to Hardy Franklin and Iva Serena (Collier)
Ainsworth, he was an aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Air Force [458th].
He enjoyed calf roping and was a member of the local Veterans of Foreign
Wars. He was preceded in death by one sister, Maurice Green.
Survivors include his seven children, Renee Abraham and her husband, Ken, of
Lubbock, Millie Ainsworth of Belfair, Wash., Don Ainsworth of Bothell,
Wash., Ron Ainsworth of Lynnwood, Wash., Gary Ainsworth of Bothell, Wash.,
Cathy McMahon and her husband, Ken, of Lynnwood, Wash. and Karen Lemker and
her husband, Brian, of Rueford, N.C.; one brother, Jack Ainsworth of
Colorado City; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
