Lieutenant Colonel Jay W. Middagh

Jay W. Middagh, Lt Col USAF, Ret, 71, of Scottsdale, Arizona, passed away on Aug 28, 2012.  Jay "Bull", was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Holly of 31 years, daughter Samantha Arana (Michael), son Josh (Christina), 1 granddaughter and 2 grandsons. Visitation was be held Tuesday September 4, 2012 from 5-8pm at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary. Funeral service, also at Messinger's, on Wednesday Sept 5, 2012 at 10:30 am, burial followed at National Cemetery of Arizona. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made on behalf of Jay to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the University of Hawaii, Hawaiian Language Program.
