| Lt. Col. Julian Miller Lt. Col. Julian Miller, died April 22, 2011. Retired pilot in USAF, he was a Vietnam Veteran and received the Distinguished Flying Cross [537th, '67]. He is survived by children, Stephen Miller of Glenwood Springs, CO and Julia Sancken, Augusta, GA; his mother, Mrs. John Miller, Winchester, KY; two brothers, Donald Miller [Joann] and Darwin Miller, Winchester, KY; one sister, Phyllis Smith [Cliff], Lexington, KY; three grand-children, George J. Sancken, Sarah Sancken, Kristin Sancken, all of Augusta, GA. He was preceded in death by his father, former Mt. Sterling Chief of Police, John Miller; a brother, Kenneth Miller, and a grandson, John Sancken. Private burial in Augusta, GA. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society .
