Col. Clifford Ellis Tyler, 536th 1968Lt. Col. Cliff Tyler, age 66 of Marietta, GA, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2006. Lt. Col. Tyler was buried with full military honors at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton Georgia on Thursday 1 June 2006. Lt. Col. Tyler was a retired USAF pilot. He also worked in sales at Sun Electric in Mabelton. He was a graduate of the University of Illinois and a Shriner and over a 50 year plus member of the Masonic Lodge. He was the #1 fan and unofficial mascot of the two-time State Champion Kell High School fast-pitch softball team. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Colleen Tyler of Marietta, Children Mark and Lisa Tyler of Cumming, James and Kim Tyler Hinerman of Dallas, Janet Tyler White of Marietta, Patrick and Paige Tyler Rouse of Douglasville; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. |
