Start making plans to attend our 2007 Reunion to be held in San Antonio, Texas from 6 to 9 September. The Holiday Inn, Riverwalk has opened the reservation period for advance reservations. If you plan to attend you can call the Holiday Inn toll free at 1-888-615-0726 or use the local number 210-224-2500. Ask to book for the C-7 Reunion or code: CCA coming in September 6, 2007. The San Antonio Riverwalk has become a favored destination for conventions and as such the Riverwalk hotel locations are becoming very expensive. Our rate of $95.00 per night, plus taxes, is an excellent rate for the location with so many attractions within easy walking distance along the River Walk. The Alamo, Buckhorn Museum, Majestic Theatre, Tower of the Americus Restaurant and the El Mercado (Mexican Shopping Plaza) are just a few that are short distances from the hotel. We presently have a room block of 125 per night, and if enough advance reservations are made, we will be able to increase that number so please call early for reservations if you plan to attend. The hotel rate is also guaranteed for our reunion attendees for three days before and after our reunion dates if anyone withes to stay longer. Make sure that you select the Riverwalk location.

Our Reunion Committee includes myself, Pat and Alicia Hanavan, Wilson Petefish, and Jim Meyer. We would like to announce that General John Jumper has accepted our invitation to be our keynote speaker at the Reunion Banquet to be held on Saturday evening, September 8, in the Holiday Inn Banquet Room. The Banquet Room and our War Room facility will be located on the 7^th floor of the hotel and will be a semi-private area where we will be able to socialize with little interference from other hotel guests. We will also be able to provide drinks in our War Room for our evening gatherings and have coffee and donut pastries available each morning. Our new Memoralbilia Chairman, Jim Meyer, will have memorabilia available at the reunion in the War Room. Visit our web site,

Additional information about reunion activities will be included in future e-mailings and our next Newsletter should be sent out with more information by April next year.
