Banquet Menu
For those of you (or perhaps your spouses) curious about
the details of the banquet menu, here they are:
Chicken Monterrey - Grilled Chicken Breast
smothered with Melted Monterrey Jack cheese, topped with sliced avocado
and Ranchero sauce
10 oz Pepper Crusted Sirloin Steak with sauteed
wild mushrooms
Grilled Talapia with a Lemon Buerrer Blanc sauce
Penne Pasta
All dinners served with warm rolls and butter, seasonal
fresh vegetable du jour, appropriate starch, fresh brewed coffee and
iced tea
Dessert - chocolate cake (to die for)
