| This hole in the PSP was the result of one of Charlie's "bottle rockets". None of our aircraft ever took a direct hit, but we did get a lot of shrapnel damage. It was believed that most of the rocket attacks we received came from Cam Ranh Village. Amazingly, none of our flight line personnel were ever wounded. However, we did spend some anxious moments taking cover in some strange places! |
