| This photo is one of me in front of the "Red Tail Inn" , aka "The Party Hooch". This is where the troops from the 458th went to unwind, have a cold beer, play poker and occasionally fight! It was built by guys from the 458th before I got there. Two of the guys who helped build it were Roy Hall and Bob Engallena. I found Bob on the net. About the time my tour was over, the Party Hooch was declared illegal by MACV and closed down. |
